Consultant Introduction
PhD Oksana Dąbrowska is an accomplished psychologist and psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience, providing psychological counselling and psychotherapy. She engages in individual counselling activities and leading groups, building on the principles of Process Oriented Psychology. In her work with clients, she primarily strives to facilitate awareness through empathetic dialogue, working on body symptoms, dreams, relationship problems. Oksana specializes in therapy and dolphin assisted therapy for individuals with depression, PTSD, burnout syndrome, stress related health problems, wide spectrum neurological issues, children with disabilities – including autism, cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. She also engages in art therapy, multisensory stimulation therapy, communication resonance and family therapy. As President of the Management Board at Fundacja Dobra Wioska, she leads innovative therapeutic programs such as dolphin assisted therapy, art therapy, and aquatherapy for children with disabilities. She is also an Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Olsztyn and Janusz Korczak Pedagogical University Warsaw, where she shares her extensive knowledge in psychology and therapeutic practices. Through her clinical, academic, and leadership roles, Oksana is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being using evidence-based and compassionate methods.
